This SEWER CONVEYANCE AND FRANCHISE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and dated as of December , 2020 by and between the PARISH OF ASCENSION (the “Parish”), a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana (the “State”) and NATIONAL WATER INFRASTRUCTURE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and its successors or assigns (the “Company”). The Parish and the Company are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties.”
