(together with its successors in such capacity, “Tenaska”), U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Collateral Trustee for the Junior Priority Parties (in such capacity and together with its successors in such capacity, the “Junior Lien Collateral Trustee”), and acknowledged and agreed to by GENON HOLDINGS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Borrower”) and the other Grantors (as defined below) from time to time party hereto.
