into this day of 2021 by and between the City of Willowick (“Willowick”), a municipal corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State and its Charter; and the City of Wickliffe (“Wickliffe”), a municipal corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of the State and its Charter. Wickliffe and Willowick are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as the "Parties" or individually as “Party”. Wickliffe and Willowick are hereinafter sometimes collectively referred to as "Cities" or individually as "City".
