This Limited Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this 15th day of August, 2023 by and between the Buckeye Local School District Board of Education (“Buckeye”), at 3436 Edgewood Drive, Ashtabula, Ohio 44004, and the Jefferson Area Local School District Board of Education (“Jefferson”), at 121 S. Poplar St, Jefferson, OH 44047, collectively referred to herein as the “Participating Districts.”
