Pursuant to Section 205 of the Federal Power Act, as amended (FPA)1 and Part 35.12 of the regulations of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC or Commission),2 Exelon West Medway, LLC (West Medway) submits for filing, as Rate Schedule No. 1, a Shared Interconnection Facilities Agreement (SIFA) between West Medway and its affiliate, Exelon West Medway II, LLC (West Medway II) dated as of June 14, 2016. West Medway respectfully requests that the Commission accept the SIFA for filing effective October 1, 2016.
