This Contract, made and entered into on , by and between the State of Nevada, acting by and through its Department of Transportation (hereinafter “DEPARTMENT”), Washoe County, Nevada, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada (hereinafter “COUNTY”), and Nevada Power Company (“NPC”) and Sierra Pacific Power Company (“SPPC”) (collectively dba NV Energy) (hereinafter “NV Energy”). Individually they are each a “Party” and collectively they are the “Parties.”
