AGREEMENT (hereinafter, the “ Amended Agreement”) is dated as of June 25, 2014 and is made by and among the Local Government parties now or hereafter signatory and deemed signatory hereto (collectively, the "Participants"), PFM Asset Management LLC and U.S. Bank National Association. The above-referenced parties shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Parties”.
