This Shareholders Joint Venture Agreement (“Agreement”), is entered into as of June 24, by and between FIBROBETON PRECAST CONCRETE LTD., a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Turkey (“Fibrobeton”), whose principle place of business is Elemanari Sanaye Insaat, ve Tic.
