You can either dropped off or mail a check to The Town of Pittsboro, 80 N Meridian Street, Pittsboro, IN 46167. Make sure to include this form with your check. Payment must be made prior to the event date. Pittsboro Parks Dept will mark the shelter as reserved for your event following receipt of this completed form.

Reservations will be taken Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm through the Municipal Center and cannot be guaranteed by phone. To secure a reservation, a completed application and full payment must be received within five business days; otherwise, reservation is relinquished. All reservations require a minimum of seventy‐two hours advanced notice. This policy will apply to all residents, non‐residents and non‐ profit organizations. Please note there will be no exceptions to this policy. Please Note: Per State Building Code Maximum Building Occupancy is 50 people.
