The cost to rent one of the shelters is $30 per event. “Event” shall mean a single four- hour period entirely occurring either (a) the morning to afternoon or (b) afternoon to early evening on any day that the applicable park is open to the public. You will not have the exclusive right to occupy the shelter outside the rented Event period. You can either dropped off or mail a check to The Town of Pittsboro, 80 N Meridian Street, Pittsboro, IN 46167. Make sure to include this form with your check. Payment must be made prior to the event date. Pittsboro Parks Dept will mark the shelter as reserved for your event following receipt of this completed form.
