WHEREAS, the City owns certain real property (hereinafter called “soccer fields”),” located within Section 33, Township 18 North, Range 2 East, Seward Meridian, Palmer Recording District, Third Judicial District, and wishes to use the soccer fields pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and subject to valid existing rights.
