This is an Agreement between Town of Munster (Owner) and Infrastructure Engineering, Inc. (Engineer). Owner's Project, of which Engineer's services under this Agreement are a part, is generally identified as Ridge Road Complete Street – Traffic Data Collection (Project). Engineer's services under this Agreement (Services) are generally identified as the collection of traffic data necessary to complete the modelling for the Ridge Road Complete Street overall project. This work has been separated from the main project to collect the necessary data prior to Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD) project commencement that will reduce the roadway cross section from five lanes to two lanes until early fall 2023. This pre-contract allows the preliminary engineering analysis to stay on schedule and provides the opportunity for the Owner to have data to monitor how traffic will operate under a reduced travel lane condition.
