This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between the Shrewsbury Public Schools school district (the “District”) and Shrewsbury Police Department (the “Police Department”) (collectively, the “Parties”). The Chief of Police of the Police Department (the “Chief”) and the Superintendent of the District (“the Superintendent”) are each a signatory to this Agreement.
