This Data Processing Agreement and its Annexes (together the "DPA") is an agreement between You and Shrimpl (Shrimpl and You, each a "Party" and collectively, the "Parties"), which governs the processing of Customer Personal Data by Shrimpl on Your behalf in connection with the End-User License Agreement (the "EULA"). This DPA is incorporated into, and forms an integral part of, the EULA.
