These changes will only be implemented going forward from the date of this Side Letter.

Contract Type FiledSeptember 5th, 2017This Side Letter of Understanding between the Santa Rosa Junior College (“College”), the Sonoma, Lake and Mendocino Building & Construction Trades Council (“Council”) and its affiliated local unions (“Unions”) will serve to memorialize the commitment and mutual agreement of the College, Council and its affiliate unions to meet and confer for the purpose of establishing a joint program enabling individuals to complete their Associate Arts degree at the College and an apprentice training program of an affiliated union. Further, the College, Council and Unions will report on the status of establishing and performance of the program on a regular periodic basis commencing no later than November 1, 2017.
