THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into in accordance with the provisions of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, by and between ALASKA AIRLINES, INC. (hereinafter known as the "Company") and the AIRLINE FLIGHT ATTENDANTS in the service of ALASKA AIRLINES, INC., as represented by the ASSOCIATION OF FLIGHT ATTENDANTS- COMMUNICATIONS WORKERS OF AMERICA, AFL-CIO (hereinafter known as the "Association").

The County of Alameda (“County”) and the International Federation of Professional and Technical Engineers, Local 21 for Representation Units S-06 and S-25 (“Union”), collectively herein, “Parties”, have reached this Sideletter of Agreement (“Sideletter”) to their 2021-2024 Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) amending Section 9. (Death in Immediate Family) and subsection 14.G. (Family Sick Leave). This Sideletter memorializes the agreement reached between the Parties and is not intended to supersede any other terms and conditions of employment contained in the MOU.

This Agreement is an integral part of the existing MOU now in effect between the County and DSA, which covers the period of June 24, 2012 through June 21, 2025. The terms of this Agreement to add COVAL leave shall be effective for the period covering June 14, 2020 through June 13, 2023.

(Leaves of Absence) and Section 24. (Sick Leave) by amending subsection 22.K. (Death in the Immediate Family) and subsection 24.K (Family Sick Leave). The County of Alameda (“County”) and the Northern California Public Sector Region Local 1021 of the Service Employees International Union, CTW (“Union”), collectively herein, “Parties”, have met and conferred and reached agreement on this Sideletter of Agreement (“Sideletter”) to the 2022-2026 Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) regarding Section 16. (Wages), by adding a new subsection 16.D. (Special Adjustments), amending Appendix A-2 (Classification and Salary Listing by Representation Unit), and updating subsection 10.K. (Personal Leave). This Sideletter is intended to memorialize the agreement reached between the Parties and is not intended to supersede any other term and condition of employment contained in the MOU.

The County of Alameda (“County”) and the Alameda County Welfare Fraud Investigators Association (“ACWFIA”) [collectively known as ‘the Parties’] have met and conferred and reached agreement on this Sideletter of Agreement (“SLA”) to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) regarding due process (just cause) and related topics that apply exclusively to persons employed in the Office of the District Attorney and occupy positions in classifications represented by ACWFIA. The provisions contained in this SLA are contingent upon ACWFIA withdrawing the Unfair Practice Charge filed with the Public Employment Relations Board (Case No. SF-CE-1908-M). This SLA is intended to memorialize the agreement reached between the Parties and concludes the meet and confer (MC-20-296) in its entirety. Moreover, this SLA is not intended to supersede any terms and conditions of employment contained in the MOU other than those specifically identified herein.
