This agreement is entered into between Siemens Product Lifecycle Management Software Inc. (“Siemens PLM”) and you and provides you the right to access the Siemens PLM site (the "Site"), the software provided therein, and web-based services (“collectively, the Service”) as specified in your order. You agree to the terms and conditions found at https://www.plm.automation.siemens.com/en/products/eula/sisw.shtml (“EULA”) as supplemented by the terms and conditions of this Siemens PLM Learning Advantage Member Agreement (the EULA together with these supplemental terms are collectively the “Agreement”). By using the Siemens PLM site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions, including those that are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, immediately cease accessing the site and contact Siemens PLM or your Siemens PLM solution partner for a refund of the service fees.
