This Certification Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between: The SIF Association doing business as (dba) Access 4 Learning Community, 1090 Vermont Ave NW, 6th Floor, Washington, DC USA 20005, and the Product Supplier (“Supplier”). This agreement will be in place when the Supplier wishes to submit a product for certification in the SIF Certification Program. In this agreement, the product is uniquely defined in the signature page and submitted to the Access 4 Learning Community (“A4L Community”) as the official SIF Certification Program Authority.
