THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement") between Silver Maple Lane, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, (hereinafter referred to as "Developer ") , (herein after referred to as “Holder of Deed of Trust”) and the City of Arvada, Colorado, a Colorado municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "City"), shall be effective upon its execution by all applicable parties.
