This License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 6, 2009 (the “Effective Date”) by and between NEC Electronics Corporation, a Japanese corporation having its principal offices at 1753, Shimonumabe, Nakahara-ku, Kawasaki, Kanagawa 211-8668, Japan (“NEC”) and MaxLinear, Inc., a Delaware corporation having its principal offices at 2036 Corte del Nogal, Suite 200, Carlsbad, CA 92009, U.S.A. (“MaxLinear”).

This LICENSE is a legal agreement between (“LICENSEE”) and the University of Hawai‘i (“UH”) for the UH software accompanying this LICENSE, which includes ‘Alawa Battery Emulation Toolbox software, and may include associated media, printed materials and any "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE"). By installing the SOFTWARE, LICENSEE agrees to be bound by the terms of this LICENSE. If LICENSEE does not agree to the terms of this LICENSE, LICENSEE may not install or use the SOFTWARE.

This License allows you to build and/or print only one copy of the Paper Model from a single computer/printer. This License does not allow the Paper Model to exist on more than one computer and you may not make the Paper Model available over a network where it could be accessed by multiple computers or multiple copies. You may not sell, rent, lease, loan, sublicense or otherwise distribute the Paper Model or modifications of the Paper Model. You may not transmit or distribute the Paper Model by any broadcast medium whatsoever. This Model is protected by the United States Patent and Copyright Office and is the sole property of Synergy Icons, Inc. / Paper Models, Inc. Anyone who infringes on the intellectual property rights provided by this copyright and patent pending, shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
