This Single Vessel Operating Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of _, 20 (“Effective Date”), by and between the PORT OF PALM BEACH DISTRICT, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, organized and existing under, and by virtue of, Chapter 7081, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1915, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT"), having its address at Sixth Floor, One East Eleventh Street, Riviera Beach, Florida 33404 (E-Mail addresses, subject to change as set forth in Section 23 of this Agreement: almira@portofpalmbeach.com; jgary@gdr-law.com), and CLASSICA CRUISE OPERATOR LTD., a Bahamian International Business Company (hereinafter referred to as “CRUISES"), each having its address at c/o Oneil R. Khosa, 431 Fairway Drive, Suite 301, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441 (oneil@cruisebp.com) (subject to change as set forth in Section 23).
