This Site Host Agreement (hereafter the “Agreement”) is effective as of (hereafter the “Effective Date”) by and between EV Charging Solutions, Inc., a California for benefit corporation with its principal place of business at 11800 Clark Street, Arcadia, California 91006 (hereafter “EVCS”), and the Contra Costa County, a political subdivision of the State of California (hereafter “Site Host”). EVCS and Site Host may collectively be referred to herein as the “Parties" or individually as “Party.”

New York School Bus Incentive Program (NYSBIP) Site Host Agreement

NYSBIP is a program that provides incentives to help school districts and third-party contractors purchase electric school buses (ESBs) and associated charging infrastructure. NYSERDA will provide incentives for charging infrastructure in the form of Charging Vouchers upon completion of the installation of eligible charging infrastructure and the approval of required documentation. To participate in the program, NYSBIP Charging Infrastructure Purchasers must obtain authorization from the property owner, or an authorized agent of the property owner, giving the Purchaser permission to install charging infrastructure on the site. To authorize installation, the property owner (or an authorized agent of the property owner) and the Purchaser shall complete this form. If the Purchaser is the property owner, its completion of this form serves as attestation that the Purchaser is the property owner and has the right to install the charging infrastructure on its property.
