is made this day of , 20 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Shoreview, a Minnesota municipal corporation, with a mailing address of 4600 North Victoria Street, Shoreview, Minnesota 55126 (“Landlord”) and Verizon Wireless (VAW) LLC d/b/a Verizon Wireless, as successor in interest to Vodafone AirTouch Licenses LLC, dba Verizon Wireless (“Tenant”), with its principal office located at One Verizon Way, Mail Stop 4AW100, Basking Ridge, New Jersey 07920 (telephone number 866-862-4404). Landlord and Tenant are at times collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties” or individually as the “Party.”
