This Master Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Skedulo (as defined below) and the customer (“Customer”) identified in the corresponding Order Forms and/or Services Proposals referencing this Agreement as of the Effective Date. This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Customer may use the Subscription Services, and order Professional Services. By accepting this Agreement, including by executing an Order Form and/or Services Proposal that references this Agreement, Customer agrees to the terms of this Agreement and represents that the person signing the Order Form and/or Services Proposal has the authority to bind Customer to this Agreement.
