THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2021, by and between the City of Orlando, Florida, a Florida municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), the principal address of which is Orlando City Hall, 400 S. Orange Ave., Orlando, Florida 32801, GDP DesignBuild, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, whose principal address is 2555 Temple Trail, Ste. 102, Winter Park, Florida 32789 (hereinafter referred to as “the Applicant”) and Park50, LLC, whose mailing address is 1221 E. Robinson Street, Orlando, Florida 32801 (hereinafter referred to as “the Property Owner”) (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the parties”).
