This participant agreement between you and the IESO (this “Agreement”) governs your participation in the small business program (the "SBP"), the successor program to the Small Business Lighting program. The SBP is offered and funded by the Independent Electricity System Operator ("IESO"). By signing and submitting this Agreement, you confirm your consent to, and agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
