THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of April 26th, 2021, by and among the City of North Miami (“City”), a Florida municipal corporation, having its principal office at 776 N.E. 125th Street, North Miami, Florida 33161 and Studio 154, LLC., Dba Zuka Beauty (“Grantee”) a Florida LLC having its principal business address at 15400 Biscayne Blvd, Suite 105, North Miami, FL 33160, and Pixxels, Inc., Dba DigitalPixxels (“Contractor”), a Florida corporation having its principal business address at 1125 NE 125th St Suite 205, North Miami, FL 33161 collectively referred to as “Parties”.
