MIS, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had also on 23 January 2009 entered into a Deed of Assignment with the Purchaser in respect of the assignment by MIS to the Purchaser all the rights, title and interests pursuant to the amount of SGD616,321.82 (equivalent to approximately RM1,485,643.75 based on the exchange rate of S$1.00 : RM2.4105 as at 23 January 2009) due from Kyoto to MIS (the “Debt”) subject to and in accordance with the Agreement.
