THIS MATERIAL TRANSFER AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) effective the date identified below (“Effective Date”) between Southern Methodist University, a Texas nonprofit corporation located at 6425 Boaz Lane, Dallas, TX 75205 (“SMU”) and ______________, Inc. a corporation duly organized and validly existing under the laws of _________, whose address is ______________ (“Company”) under the supervision of ____________, (“Investigator”), referred to together as the “Recipient.” SMU and Recipient may hereinafter be referred to individually as a Party, and together as Parties.
