The Town of Needham intends to contract for snow plowing on an hourly basis as established on the “Needham Snow Program Rates 2020 - 2021” sheet. The winter season is November 15, 2020 thru April 1, 2021. Equipment and operators must be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including holidays.
