This is a binding agreement by you in favor of the Operators (as defined below) for all of your activities at Saint Joe Winter Events, LLC dba Snowcat Ridge, Snowy Slopes, Arctic Igloo, Crystal Ribbon, Eskimo Outpost, and Alpine Village (collectively the “Park”). You are signing this agreement in exchange for being allowed to enter the Park and to perform activities there.
