This Soccer Stadium Community Benefits Agreement (“Soccer Stadium CBA”) is made and executed on this day of 2014, by and between the Winning Goal Coalition1 (“WGC”) through its designated agent, the Near SE/SW Community Benefits Coordinating Council (CBCC) and DC United Major League Soccer Team (“the Developer”), for the benefit of the residents of ANC6D, and shall be incorporated by reference into Bill 20-805, District of Columbia Soccer Stadium Development Agreement (“Stadium Agreement”) which purpose is to build a new soccer stadium and to make improvements to the Buzzard Point waterfront area in Southwest, Washington, DC.
