SoftCo is the supplier of certain Products and/or Services and the Customer, has agreed to procure certain Products and/or Services from SoftCo as outlined in a relevant Quotation. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between SoftCo and the Customer (the “General Terms and Conditions”) together with the additional terms and conditions that specifically apply to the supplied Products and/or Services by SoftCo to the Customer as maybe detailed in a Quotation and/or Master Services Agreement (MSA).
