These Terms apply to the Order referencing you as Customer (“Customer” or “You”) and Five Nines Digital Ltd (“Supplier” or “Us”) and these Terms, and are effective as of the date the Order is signed by both parties (“Order Date”). The Terms together with the Order constitute the “Agreement”.
