ContractSoftware as a Service Content Trial Agreement • May 11th, 2020
This Software as a Service Content Trial Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Acoustic L.P. (“Acoustic”) provides access to the Acoustic Content software as a service product (the “SaaS Product”) to the customer who is subject to this Agreement (“Customer”) solely for the purpose of evaluating the SaaS Product. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer is not relying on any agreement, representation, statement, or warranty (whether or not in writing) with respect to the SaaS Product or Acoustic Documentation (as defined below) made or given prior to the effective date of this Agreement.
