BETWEEN: LONGKEY (HONG KONG) LIMITED, a legal entity existing under the laws of Hong Kong and having its registered office located at Bank of America Tower, 12 Harcourt Road, Suite 509, in Central, Hong Kong, represented hereunder by its CEO, Mr. Alex Wang, duly authorized to execute the present Agreement; (“LongKey”); AND: PEAK POSITIONING CORPORATION, a legal entity existing under the laws of Canada and having its registered office located at 400 Rue de l’Inspecteur, Suite 505, in Montreal, Canada, represented hereunder by its CEO, Mr. Johnson Joseph, duly authorized to execute the present Agreement;(“Peak”); (hereinafter collectively the “Parties”)
