By this private instrument, on the one hand, as licensor, NETPDV - PAYMENT SOLUTIONS, LDA, enrolled with the portuguese taxpayer register (“NIPC”) under No. 515048941, headquartered at Avenida Barbosa du Bocage, nº 113, Lisboa, Portugal, Zip Code1050-031 (“ZIG” or “CONTRACTOR”); and on the other hand, as a licensee, as qualified in the Term of Acceptance, which is an integral part of this Agreement (“CONTRACTING PARTY”).
