This Software License, Professional Services & Support Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of today (the “Effective Date”) is entered into by and between Xemplar Insights LLC, located at 295 East Swedesford Rd., Suite 341, Wayne PA 19087, USA (“Licensor”) and person (you) accepting these terms (“Customer” or the “Licensee,” together with Licensor, the “Parties,” and each a “Party”).
