This Amendment Number Two Three (hereinafter “Amendment”) to Contract No. MA-042- 13011507 (hereinafter “Contract”) is made and entered into this 1st day of August, 2015 6 or upon execution of all necessary signatures between Advocate Technology Solutions, LLC. (hereinafter “Contractor"), with a place of business at 1010 E. Union St., Ste. 203, Pasadena, CA 91106, and the County of Orange/Health Care Agency, a political subdivision of the State of California, (hereinafter “County”), with a place of business at 200 W. Santa Ana Blvd., Ste. 650, Santa Ana, CA 92701, which are sometimes individually referred to as “Party”, or collectively referred to as “Parties”.
