These Software & Services Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) supplement the Order and set forth the terms and conditions under which FitRankings will provide access to certain proprietary technology to Licensee. The Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Licensee may Use (as defined herein) FitRankings’ software indicated on the Order (“Software”) and FitRankings’ equipment indicated on the Order (“Equipment”).
