These Software Support Terms form a part of and will be governed by the Agreement between ISI Telemanagement Solutions, LLC (“ISI”) or Reseller (as identified in the Quote) for the applicable for the ISI Software licensed to end-user (“Licensee”) as set forth in the Quote. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Agreement. “Software” means the certain software program(s) or services identified on the Quote. “Support” means the maintenance and support services to be provided by the ISI to the Licensee in accordance with these Software Support Terms.
