This Software Trial License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (an individual or a single entity, the "Licensee") and Red Oak Software, Inc. ("Red Oak"), a New Jersey corporation. By installing, copying, or otherwise using this product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use this product.

THIS SOFTWARE TRIAL LICENSE AGREEMENT (“LICENSE AGREEMENT”) IS A LEGAL CONTRACT BETWEEN AVO AUTOMATION, (“LICENSOR”) AND YOU, EITHER AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR AN ENTITY (“LICENSEE”). IF THE LICENSEE IS ACCEPTING ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY, THE LICENSEE REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT THE LICENSEE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT ENTITY TO THIS AGREEMENT. LICENSOR IS WILLING TO AUTHORIZE LICENSEE’S USE OF THE SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT ONLY UPON THE CONDITION THAT LICENSEE ACCEPTS THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT WHICH GOVERNS LICENSEE’S USE OF THE SOFTWARE. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR ACCESSING AND USING THE SOFTWARE, LICENSEE INDICATES LICENSEE’S ACCEPTANCE OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AND LICENSEE’S AGREEMENT TO COMPLY WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.

The DATPROF Privacy and/or DATPROF Subset and/or any other DATPROF software products may include scripts, compiled code, supporting components, and documentation and are collectively referred to as the “Licensed Programs”. Both LICENSOR and LICENSEE are referred to hereinafter as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties” to this Agreement.
