This Solar Energy Power Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of August 31, 2022 (the "Effective Date"), by and between EXETER TOWNSHIP SD SOLAR PARTNERS, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("System Owner"), and EXETER TOWNSHIP SCHOOL DISTRICT, a not-for-profit located in Reading, Pennsylvania (“Host Customer”). Each of System Owner and Host Customer shall be referred to herein as a "Party" and together, as the "Parties."
