THIS SOLAR MODULE SUPPLY AGREEMENT is entered into as of June 1, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SunSpark Technology Inc., a California corporation (“SunSpark”), and SolarMax Technology, Inc., a Nevada corporation (“SolarMax”).
