This Solar PV Operation and Maintenance Agreement (this “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of , 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Contra Costa County (“Owner”) and Borrego Solar Systems, Inc., a California corporation (“Contractor”). Owner and Contractor are at times referred to individually as a “Party” and together as the “Parties”.
