(“Agreement”) dated January 15, 2012, is entered into by and between SUNPOWER CORPORATION, SYSTEMS, a Delaware corporation (“SunPower”), with its principal place of business at 1414 Harbour Way South, Richmond, California 94804, and County of Yolo, a political subdivision of the State of California, (“Customer” or “County”), with its principal place of business at 625 Court Street, Woodland, CA 95695. In this Agreement, SunPower and Customer are referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
