Enclosed is your municipality’s Solid Waste and Recycling Services Agreement (Agreement) with the Rhode Island Resource Recovery Corporation (Resource Recovery) for Fiscal Years 2018-19, which encompass the one-year periods beginning July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018, beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019. After soliciting feedback on the draft contract from public works directors and recycling coordinators, we reviewed changes and incorporated the changes in the enclosed Agreement. You’ll notice a few key changes in this agreement, compared to FY15-17:
