This Agreement and amendments thereto (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) made and first entered into the 1st day of July, 2009, and amended as provided below, by and between the Town of Lauderdale By-The-Sea, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as “TOWN”), acting by and through its duly authorized Town Commission, and Waste Pro USA, Inc., a Florida Corporation and successor-in-interest pursuant to a transfer of this Agreement approved by the Town Commission on August 19, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as “CONTRACTOR”).
