This Sourcewell Master Lease Agreement (“Lease Agreement”) has been written in clear, easy to understand English. When we use the words “you”, “your” or “Customer” in this Lease Agreement, we mean you, our customer, as indicated above. When we use the words “we”, “us” or “our” in this Lease Agreement, we mean Ricoh USA, Inc. (“Ricoh”) or, if we assign this Lease Agreement or any Schedules executed in accordance with this Lease Agreement, pursuant to Section 13 below, the Assignee (as defined below). Our corporate office is located at 300 Eagleview Blvd #200, Exton, PA 19341.
