In this Personal Debit Card Agreement ("Agreement") the following definitions will apply: The words "you" and "your" refer to the holder of a MasterCard® or Visa® debit card ("Card") issued through South State Bank and anyone else authorized by you to use the Card. The words "we," "us," "our," and "South State" refer to South State Bank. "Fee" means any service charge, or other charge or fee charged to the Card by South State. References to Card usage include references to such usage whether through physical presentment at a Point of Sale (POS) or ATM, providing the card number over the phone, internet or otherwise, and/or using the Card's Personal Identification Number (PIN), whether such usage is made by you or someone you allow to make such usage. "Account(s)" and "Designated Account(s)" refer to any personal South State Bank account linked to the debit Card governed by this Agreement. "Business days" are Monday through Friday, not including Federal holidays.
