The University requires that all students under 18 years of age have this application co-signed by a parent, guardian, or other person willing to provide consent and to guarantee payment of the fees for the period specified. By submitting this application, it establishes a binding agreement between the student (and parent/guardian if under 18 years of age) and Southeastern Louisiana University. AGREEMENTS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER SUBMISSION (see “Room Credit Policy” for more information).
